B2E is looking for a Financial Officer for the CoLAB activities, with demonstrated skills to plan, monitor and perform the following functions:

▪ Management Control

▪ Elaboration and submission of applications to programs financed with national funds and international audiences

▪ Support for business development and preparation of service proposals of service in its administrative and financial components

▪ Budgetary control and management of projects and co-financed activities or contractors

▪ Preparation and submission of reimbursement requests, final balance and financial reprogramming, as well as the preparation of financial reports for project financing entities

▪ Preparation of financial reporting information on CoLAB’s activity with the social entities

▪ Preparation of Management Reports and elaboration of annual Budgets

▪ Monitoring of actions developed at CoLAB and support to the Board in its financial management and execution

▪ Management of the relationship with external support services for the financial and human resources, namely with the TOC and the ROC, including the timely provision of all necessary information

▪ Ensure the acquisition and contracting of goods and services in accordance with the legislation in force, namely the one that fits the processes of public procurement

▪ Human resources management
