Wayne Visser, globally recognised as one of the Top 10 ESG Speakers and among the 100 Most Influential Figures in Social Responsibility and Sustainability, will be the keynote speaker at Blue Wink-E 2025 on 6 June. An award-winning author and renowned professor, Visser has been honoured with the Global CSR Excellence & Leadership Award and other prestigious accolades for his contributions to sustainable business transformation.
With a career dedicated to systemic change and business regeneration, Wayne Visser has inspired audiences in over 80 countries with his strategies for a sustainable future. Born in Zimbabwe and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, he now resides in London. Recognised worldwide as a leading “pracademic”, Visser is the author of 44 books, including the bestseller “Thriving”, and teaches at the University of Cambridge and Católica Porto Business School. Having delivered more than 640 lectures and workshops, his influence extends across businesses and educational institutions globally.
At Blue Wink-E 2025, Visser will address key themes such as innovation, regenerative leadership, and the transition to sustainable business models, with a focus on the connection between the ocean and the circular economy.
The event, organised by B2E Blue Bioeconomy CoLAB, will take place on 6 June at the Porto Cruise Terminal, in Matosinhos. Under the theme “Ocean in Loop”, Blue Wink-E 2025 will focus on the transition to a circular economy, a crucial step towards building a sustainable future, where oceans play a central role in this transformation.
