Beach or countryside?

Beach, even in winter.

Swimming or sunbathing?

Sunbath, then swimming and repeat.

Dog or cat?

Animals in general, but I’m a cat person. I consider them more independent and tidy.

Netflix or You Tube documentaries?

Both are good sources of entertainment. However, I find YouTube’s content more diverse.

Facebook or LinkedIn?

LinkdIn posts are more suited to my interests. I’m no longer a Facebook user.

Aquaculture or Wild fish?

Aquaculture.

Meat or vegetables?

Why not both?

Coffee or Tea?

Coffee. Don’t expect too much energy from me if you haven’t had my first coffee yet.

Nori Algae or Sea lettuce?

As a fan of Japanese cuisine, I’m more familiar with Nori. However, I believe it will only be a matter of time before other algae’s types become equally popular, given their nutritional benefits and it potencial as a novel ingridient.

Sushi or grilled fish?

I love sushi, but the grilled fish tastes like summer evenings with family and friends.
