  • Previously involved in wine production and retail, where knowledge and experience in food safety and quality were consolidated.
  • Later shifted to the innovation field, specifically focusing on the development of new products, transformation processes, and packaging in the seafood industry.


  • Engaged in projects related to the marine bioeconomy.
  • Monitors funding sources relevant to the blue bioeconomy ecosystem, proposes projects, and facilitates the creation of consortia among interested partners.
  • Manages and monitors partnerships and alliances for the CoLab.
  • Participates in blue literacy campaigns.


  • Advisory in the search for investment incentives and tax benefits.
  • Development of national projects.
  • Information dissemination.
