- Master’s in Food Engineering from the School of Biotechnology at the Catholic University of Porto and a postgraduate degree in Lean and 6 Sigma from the Porto Institute of Engineering.
- Previously involved in wine production and retail, where knowledge and experience in food safety and quality were consolidated.
- Later shifted to the innovation field, specifically focusing on the development of new products, transformation processes, and packaging in the seafood industry.
IN THE B2E CoLAB TEAM
- Engaged in projects related to the marine bioeconomy.
- Monitors funding sources relevant to the blue bioeconomy ecosystem, proposes projects, and facilitates the creation of consortia among interested partners.
- Manages and monitors partnerships and alliances for the CoLab.
- Participates in blue literacy campaigns.
