Wayne Visser, recognized globally as one of the Top 10 speakers in the ESG and it's one of the 100 of the most influential personalities on social responsibility and sustainability, will be the keynote speaker at Blue Wink-E 2025, on the 6th of June. The award-winning author, and a professor for a reference, Wayne Visser has been honored with the The Global CSR Excellence & Leadership Award and other awards honored for his role in the sustainable transformation of the business.
A career is marked the transformation of the systems and the recovery of businesses, Wayne Visser has inspired by the audiences in more than 80 countries around the world strategies for a sustainable future.
Born in Zimbabwe and raised in the City of Cape town, South Africa, Wayne Visser is currently living in Norfolk, England. Recognized globally as “pracadémico” for your reference, Wayne Visser is a Professor in the Católica Porto Business School, where he teaches Regenerative Business, Innovation, and Technology. He is also a Fellow, lecturer, and Lead Program Instructor at the Institute for Leadership in Sustainability at The university of Cambridge.
In Blue Wink-E 2025Wayne Visser will address issues such as innovation, leadership is restored. and the transition to business models that are sustainable, focusing on the link between the ocean and the circular economy.
The event was organized by the B2E CoLAB for the Blue Bioeconomy, will take place on the 6th of June, at the Leixões Port Cruise Terminal, in Matosinhos. Under the motto “The ocean at the Loop, the Blue Wink-E 2025 it will focus on the transition to a circular economy, a key step for the construction of a sustainable future, one in which the world's oceans play a key role in this transformation.
The presence of Wayne Visser reinforces the commitment of Blue Wink-E 2025 to bring innovative perspectives for the blue economy and bioeconomy, at an event that promises to be a milestone for the industry.
As a leading institution in the field of ocean science and technological innovation Blue Wink-E 2025 is supported by the Portuguese committee for the COI-UNESCO and The National committee for the Decade of the Ocean of the United Nations, to strengthen its relevance in the context of the political and international initiatives for the sustainability of marine life.
