It was with a tremendous sense of responsibility that I accepted the challenge of taking on the coordination of B2E in February 2023. I am increasingly confident that, together with the B2E team, we will work ambitiously and results-oriented with the scientific and business communities, in a collaborative manner, without ever losing sight of a profound philosophy of service to society.

This next cycle of B2E’s existence has passed quickly and, we hope, fruitfully—we want not only to make the most of the various projects approved at the national and international level, particularly within the scope of the PRR, but also to continue to strengthen our DNA as a catalyst for the academy-business partnership, while promoting the best possible conditions for our valuable members to have their needs met.

I believe that, with strong and focused efforts, B2E will eventually be recognized as an incumbent and valuable stakeholder in the Blue Bioeconomy, consolidating our position as reference partners, service providers, and community players, with a seal of excellence.

Let’s work together to help shape a new and collaborative blue bioeconomy!
