Nuno Carvalho is the Financial Manager at B2E CoLAB. But this time, he set aside the numbers to answer the Sink or Swim questionnaire.

Beach or countryside?

The beach in the summer, to relax with friends, walk by the sea and sunbathe. The countryside, especially with snow, to practice winter sports.

Swimming or sunbathing?

Swimming. I can’t just stay on the beach sunbathing; there has to be space for beach sports, whether it’s swimming, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, volleyball, racket sports, or beach soccer.

Dog or cat?

I’m definitely a fan of dogs, which I consider much more interactive and affectionate than cats.

Netflix or YouTube documentaries?

Netflix for series and documentaries, YouTube for podcasts.

Facebook or LinkedIn?

Facebook as a social network, LinkedIn as a network for contacts, opportunities, and technical content.

Aquaculture or wild fish?

As long as it’s obtained through best practices, in order to increase availability, reduce environmental damage, and protect various aquatic species, I consume both.

Meat or vegetables?

Since I’m from an area with a long tradition of livestock farming, it’s definitely meat. But where there’s livestock, there’s agriculture, so the combination of both is the best option.

Coffee or tea?

I don’t like coffee, so my choice is tea. But tea is especially good in the colder months. Can I add a beer option for warmer days?

Nori seaweed or sea lettuce?

Nori seaweed, which in addition to its excellent flavor and texture, also adds a huge list of nutritional benefits for a healthy lifestyle.

Sushi or grilled fish?

I love fish in general, but especially sushi. Japanese cuisine has incredible and challenging techniques and flavors that explore the five senses, making the gastronomic experience unique.
