B2E CoLAB has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Acqua Mater, an international organization based in Brazil. The partnership aims to explore activities that promote ocean literacy and support the UN SDGs, especially SDG 2 (Zero Hunger), SDG 13 (Climate Action), and SDG 14 (Life Below Water), bringing the public closer to environmental and ocean issues.

B2E CoLAB is a strategic partner of MedBAN, an innovative network to boost the sustainable growth of companies linked to the blue economy in the Mediterranean region. CoLAB offers specialized support, including consulting, proposal writing, networking, and project management, facilitating access to financing and strategic partnerships, maximizing the chances of success for MedBAN applications.

In collaboration with the Jean Monnet Centre, B2E CoLAB contributes to the training of experts in the blue bioeconomy by developing education and research projects on the European Union. The partnership between B2E CoLAB and EU Community Knowledge Valorisation aims to facilitate technology transfer and cooperation between different sectors in the European Union. CoLAB supports the valorisation of knowledge and innovation, contributing to the creation of a dynamic and collaborative ecosystem that promotes the sustainable growth of the blue bioeconomy.

B2E CoLAB is a member of the Monitoring Committee for the Blue Biotechnology Center, with the aim of proposing strategic and competitive measures for the blue biotechnology sector. This committee also aims to develop a model for the International Blue Biotechnology Center, promoting innovation and sustainability in the sector, in collaboration with national and international entities.

B2E CoLAB actively participates in the United Nations Decade of Ocean Science for Sustainable Development, collaborating to promote ocean sustainability and ocean literacy.
