Certified training for new challenges
Microcredentials are short, certified courses designed to meet the demands of the labor market. Focusing on rapid skills acquisition, these courses offer practical knowledge about the challenges and opportunities of the blue economy.
The sector has experienced significant growth, accompanied by an increasing demand for qualified professionals. Companies and institutions are investing in innovation and sustainability, creating new job opportunities in different areas related to the sea.
According to the report “Empregos para jovens na Economia Azul”, published by the Blue Generation project, the European Blue Economy currently employs around 5.4 million people, with the ambition of doubling this number by 2030.
