The InsectERA 2024 Congress, themed “Insects as a Tool for Sustainability,” scheduled for September 19th and 20th, will be held at the Auditorium of the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory (INL) in Braga. This congress is a platform of excellence for researchers, scientists, and professionals to explore the potential of insects in various industries, from agri-food to biotechnology.

The B2E CoLAB, dedicated to promoting the sustainable bioeconomy in Portugal, is part of the InsectERA Agenda, being involved in various actions related to market analysis, mapping of marine co-products, professional training, communication, and interaction with government entities.

This prominence in the program highlights the relevance of the B2E CoLAB in the national scientific landscape, contributing to the discussion on how insects can be integrated as innovative solutions to global challenges.
