In addition to the fair, the event features several conferences, the latest scientific discoveries, an Industry Forum, Innovation, the RAS@EAS Event, among other topics.

Why Rimini?

Data reveals that Rimini is the Italian province with the highest number of companies in the Blue Economy sector. Tourism, fishing, and aquaculture are the sectors that stand out most in terms of the number of blue jobs. Thus, Rimini is “the perfect image of the blend of Mediterranean natural and cultural heritage and modern, dynamic aquaculture, where different traditions of freshwater and marine aquaculture coexist in inland, coastal and marine waters, operated by small cooperatives and large consortia of aquaculture producers,” according to the AE organization, shaping this event, which is expected to be a great opportunity to explore the blue bioeconomy and especially Portuguese aquaculture.
