The first edition of the Blue Workshop for Innovation and Knowledge Exchange (BLUE WINK-E) by the Blue Bioeconomy CoLAB will take place on December 3rd at the University of Aveiro (UA), in the Carlos Borrego Amphitheater, Department of Environment and Planning, with the presence of the Minister of the Sea, Ricardo Serrão Santos, and a video intervention by the Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education, Manuel Heitor. The hybrid event will have a maximum capacity of 100 in-person participants and 300 online, so be sure to secure your place. Register by December 1st.

The initiative will involve several leading Portuguese companies and institutions in the blue bioeconomy sector and aims to provide them with a launching platform to identify and present solutions to the sector’s challenges, promoting innovation, knowledge, and the exchange of experiences.

Part of the morning will be exclusively reserved for B2E members and a select group of institutions from the sector, followed by a networking lunch.

The initiative also has the support of UA in organizing and sponsoring the networking lunch, as well as the sponsorship of the coffee breaks by SONAE MC.
