B2E – Blue Bioeconomy CoLAB is one of the entities invited to the ATLIC Project Launch Conference – Atlantic Innoblue Communities, scheduled for next Thursday, December 7, at 10:30 a.m., at Fábrica de Santo Tirso. The financial manager of B2E CoLAB, Nuno Carvalho, will be one of the speakers and will discuss the challenges and opportunities surrounding entrepreneurship in the blue economy sector.
ATLIC, approved by Interreg Atlantic Area 2021-2027, is led by the Santo Tirso City Council, with the goal of creating a pioneering community of innovation in the blue economy in the Atlantic Area. Based on open innovation laboratories, knowledge transfer, training, and the creation of support networks to develop market solutions for common challenges, it brings together 10 different European partners from Portugal, Spain, France, and Ireland.
In addition to a lecture on the theme “Blue Economy – Challenges and opportunities for entrepreneurship in the Atlantic Area,” B2E CoLAB will also moderate a round table bringing together all project stakeholders. Participants will be invited to reflect on the added value of ATLIC in supporting the creation of Atlantic networks and communities in a cooperative model, involving young entrepreneurs, SMEs, education, public administration, incubators, and local agents in the blue economy sector.
Participation in the conference is free of charge, upon registration at www.atlic.eu. For further information, please contact INVEST Santo Tirso on 252 809 120 or by email at invest@cm-stirso.pt.
