• Fish Matter: smart platform for valorizing fish by-products—such as bones, skins, shells, and heads—transforming them into raw materials applicable in sectors such as food, health, and cosmetics.
• PUFApods: a project that uses vegetable by-products to feed estuarine amphipods, resulting in biomass rich in omega-3 (EPA and DHA), with direct application in the formulation of feed for aquaculture.
